If we are all aware of the answers to these questions, we can be on the same page planning-wise. Then we can make decisions that make us all happy, minimizing drain.

- Make sure everyone knows when all the participants have to leave.
- (It might be best to ask each person, "What else do you have planned after this?")
- Consider everyone's transportation options: you must go at the speed of the slowest person. (If two out of three have bicycles, the wlker determines speed.)
[edit] Other
- Make sure everyone has required materials (if you are bowling, everyone should have socks; going to a cash-only restaurant, everyone should have cash)
